Koyo Needle Roller & Cage Assy.

Caged Needle Bearing is a type of bearing that consists of cylindrical needle rollers assembled into a cage or retainer. The cage or retainer can be made from various materials, including molded plastic such as polymer (nylon), engineered plastics, or machined cage and case hardened. Double row needle rollers assemblies are available.
Caged needle applications need to run on hardened shaft and housing bore to serve as raceways. The caged needle bearing assemblies can be used to create bearing arrangements that require minimal radial space. Due to their large number of rollers, needle roller and cage assemblies have a high load carrying capacity. Consult our sales engineers for load ratings and technical data.
Cage needle roller bearings have a small cross-sectional height therefore contribute to keeping the overall machine lightweight and compact. As such, they are used across a broad scope, including cars, motorcycles, electric machinery, machine tools, aerospace devices, office equipment and other industrial machinery.
