(ANSI) American National Standard Institute standard # 40 QD bushing sprockets. This enables you to mount the sprocket on your shaft. QD bushings are provided with keyway broached and bolt kit for installation. QD Bushing Sprockets offer shaft size flexibility for your drive. The sprocket part number has the series of bushing you are required to use. Each series of QD bushings offer a variety of shaft sizes. In some cases when a shallow keyway is needed because of a large bore the shallow key is provided. Also, bushing comes with reverse thread on the flange of the bushing for easy removal.
