P-1 Tapered Bushings

The tapered barrel on these P-1 bushings is split on both sides, which lets them tighten more securely around the shaft than quick‑disconnect or taper‑lock styles. They’re designed to pair with split‑taper sprockets and pulleys of the same series. As the mounting screws are tightened, the bushing clamps onto the shaft and draws it firmly into the sprocket or pulley.
Bushings equipped with a machine key engage a matching keyway in the sprocket or pulley, providing added strength for high‑torque applications.
