Positive Drive Pd® XXH (1-1/4" Pitch) Timing Pulleys are designed for high-load applications, offering precise power transmission with minimal slip. These pulleys feature deep, accurately machined grooves to ensure strong belt engagement, reducing backlash and improving efficiency. They are available in multiple stock widths (2", 3", 4", 5") and typically come with a Minimum Plain Bore (MPB), requiring machining for the preferred shaft size, set screws, and keyway. Flanged pulleys are recommended to prevent belt misalignment due to side thrust forces. For inch and metric bore sizes, a QD bushing is required.
